The Study of Project Production System

This graduation theses describes the study of a production system project. After the status analysis and consultation with the worker from selected company were found capacity absence in the existing production system. This is why this study deal with execution of the project - building up new factory building. Resolution about expansion of the production system is execute on the basis of actual prognosis of demand of the producing assortment.
Use of a simulation model for the development of an automatic algorithm for creating a routing table and path evaluation in a conveyor system

The diploma thesis deals with the use of a simulation model for the development of an automatic algorithm for the creation of a routing table and route evaluation in a transport system. It includes a search of modeling and simulation issues and state-space search issues with an analysis of available search methods. The simulation model of the transport system is created in the software Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, where an algorithm for automatic creation of routing tables for routing and evaluation of routes according to static criteria is subsequently developed and tested. The work presents a proposal for the principle of the algorithm for evaluating the routes of the transport system, including dynamic criteria and their optimization.
Assembly workplace optimizationwith emphasis on ergonomy and loss minimization

This diploma thesis describes optimization of assembly working place of cylinder locks brand FAB company ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, s.r.o. Theoretical part deals with universal process for designing manufacturing systems and for description of selected analytical and engineered methods and ergonomics .The practical part shows evaluation of current situation and create new time standards. in accordance with are designed 3 variants of the solution for lay out working place. For each variant is created simulation model, which is explore especially working load and automatic filling machine. The various options are compared by weight valuation and the most optimal is determined by maximal work in process and optimal warehouse supply of input components.
The Material Flow Production System Analysis and Improvement Proposals

Design and simulation of manufacturing systems using simulation software for advanced planning and scheduling

The first part of the work is focused on basic concepts relating to the manufacturing process and types of production planning and scheduling. Furthermore, the methods and the philosophical concept of planning and scheduling. The second part of the thesis deals with the APS system and its implementation in the simulation software Asprova. Simulation model, which is subsequently optimized is created using the Asprova software.
Study of the Introduction of Lean Manufacturing Based on Cooperation with Supply Chains

The diploma thesis deals with the improvement of production processes according to the principles of lean production. It is divided into three parts, theoretical, analytical and proposal. The theoretical part describes the methodologies and procedures by which processes can be analyzed and further improved. In the analytical part, the company Gebauer and Griller, s.r.o. is first introduced with its production system. This system is analyzed after that and its shortcomings are revealed. In the proposal part, there is the concept of making changes, the implementation of which will solve those shortcomings, and its economic evaluation.

System of large-scale 3D printing of products from bar structures

This thesis deals with the design of a system for the production of lattice spatial structures from polymer materials printed by a robotic arm. The aim of the thesis is to design a suitable manufacturing system in general and to experimentally verify the production of products on the current form of the system. Using compression tests to determine the load carrying capacity of the fabricated lattice structures and compare it with a computational model of the ideal geometry. In general, the parts of the manufacturing system were designed and experimental measurements of compression tests on fabricated specimen structures were carried out. The first results of compression tests of such fabricated structures for two cell topologies were obtained. The accuracy between the experiments and the computational model is comparable to the results in the current literature. Better results were obtained in the areas of repeatability of the obtained load values. The system is a combination of HW and SW solutions providing 3D printing of large-scale lattice structures for large volume parts and represents an incremental improvement of partial properties.
Analysis and optimization of the production system using computer simulation

This thesis is focused on simulation and optimization of manufacturing systems. The aim is to explain basic concepts relating not only to the simulation and optimization but also generally to the production. The creation of the simulation model is shown by using simulation software Factor/AIM. The basic concepts related to the production are described in the introductory section. The next part explains the development of simulation model, simulation tools or lead time calculation of production and product. Last chapter describes the creation of a specific simulation model in the simulation software Factor/AIM. Simple production of bent metal hooks is simulated. Afterwards an alternative manufacturing process is proposed and analysis of original and new manufacturing process is done.
Manufacturing System Design of Mud Pumps
